The third Tuesday afternoon of the month from 2-4pm. Led by Trish Fairley at Sophia. 225 Cross Rd, Cumberland Park. ($8)

This class uses improvised movement, voice, story-telling and stillness to create fun and fullness in our lives, integrating body, mind, heart and spirit.
Open to new people as well as regular InterPlayers.
