Exploring the phases of travel, either in the world or internally with US InterPlayer, Sophia Diehl

Playing with the idea of sacred space and objects and paying attention to our inner calls/invitations...

We have a fabulous opportunity to play with a fellow InterPlayer from the US, Sophia Diehl. Sophia studies Dance and Religion at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
Along with her studies, Sophia teaches Modern and Ballet classes for children and youth.

She has a passion for integrating movement and spirituality and loves to facilitate community through the wisdom of the body.

Last summer, Sophia interned with InterPlay in Oakland, California. During her time in Oakland, she trained to teach InterPlay and participated in an Art and Social Change intensive for young artists and activists.

She has led InterPlay workshops with hospital chaplains, at a domestic violence shelter, and for students at St. Olaf College. Sophia is excited to share her love of embodied spirituality in Canberra.
